Tor Braham

Director

Tor Braham has been a professional advisor to Silicon Valley technology companies for the last 40 years, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.  From 1989 to 1997, he was a partner in the Silicon Valley law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati where he focused on IPOs and M&A, as well as complex intellectual property issues.   Mr. Braham then moved into investment banking, doing financial advisory work as a Managing Director in technology M&A for Credit Suisse First Boston and then for Deutsche Bank.   He served as Global Head of Technology M&A at Deutsche Bank from 2004 to 2012, and co-head of the technology investment banking practice.      

Since 2012, Mr. Braham has served on the boards of directors of large and small public technology companies, typically working with companies undergoing transitions involving M&A and asset monetization. Mr. Braham’s previous board positions include Yahoo, Inc.; NetApp, Inc.; and Viavi Solutions, Inc., among others.  In addition to IAC, Mr. Braham currently serves on the board of A10 Networks.

As a lawyer, banker and board member, Mr. Braham advises companies on optimizing shareholder value at all stages of growth.  Mr. Braham was born in New York and holds a B.A. from Columbia College along with a Juris Doctor from NYU School of Law.
