Marissa Wilson Gibbons

Marissa Wilson Gibbons is a Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Newco. She is a multi-time startup founder and her focus at Newco is combining data-backed strategy, unique brand positioning, and cultural context to help incubated brands rise above the noise.

Prior to Newco, Ms. Wilson Gibbons founded and ran Friends & Family, an innovation studio that partnered with corporate clients like Nike, Ikea, Lowes, Starbucks, and the LA Dodgers to test and build new ideas.

She received a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard University.
