Steven Rattner has been a director of IAC since April 2004. He is a Managing Principal of Quadrangle Group LLC, a private investment firm. Prior to the formation of Quadrangle in March 2000, Mr. Rattner served as Deputy Chairman and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, which he joined as a General Partner in 1989 and where he founded the firm's Media and Communications Group. Prior to joining Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, Mr. Rattner was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he also founded the firm's Communications Group. Mr. Rattner is currently a member of the boards of directors of Ntelos Holdings Corp. and Protection One, Inc. Mr. Rattner also serves as director and trustee of a number of national and local charitable, civic and educational organizations and institutions.
