Led by founder Ben Silverman, Electus is a next generation studio enabling premium content creators to engage with advertising and technology partners at the inception of the creative process and partner on the finished product across a global and multi-platform distribution model. Electus is defining an innovative advertising component, which will challenge the traditional entertainment silos, allowing content creators and branding partners to develop premium programs and reach audiences like never before. The content will be distributed globally through the Electus international distribution arm as well as across a multitude of analog and digital platforms.

DumbDumb

Content Studio

DumbDumb is a comedy enterprise led by Will Arnett and Jason Bateman where the twosome creates commercials along with short and long form programming for distribution across all platforms. For the new endeavor, DumbDumb utilizes web production and development expertise from CollegeHumor.com, an operating business of IAC working in partnership with Electus, to create and produce digital content that is in line with a brand's personality and marketing objectives, but Arnett and Bateman's well-known comedic tone as well.

Content Studio

CollegeHumor.com was founded in 1999 by two high school friends from Baltimore, Maryland who went to different colleges as a way to share all of the pictures, videos, and links their friends would IM and e-mail each other.

Now part of the Electus Studio system, CollegeHumor is the #1 comedy site on the internet. CollegeHumor.com showcases hilarious original videos, articles, contests, and interactive features, as well as pictures and videos submitted by fans like you. CollegeHumor Media's in-house writing and production team powers CH Originals, which delivers original, TV-quality comedy videos multiple times a week.

 

DiGa

Content Studio

DiGa Vision, LLC is a newly formed, full-service entertainment production company co-founded by Tony DiSanto and Liz Gateley. DiGa, which means "to speak" in Spanish and is a combination of DiSanto and Gateley's last names, will create, develop and produce prime-time cable and network reality and scripted television programming, feature films and digital content. DiGa's signature style and unique voice reflect the pop culture relevance, distinctive visuals and seamless execution that DiSanto and Gateley are well recognized for.

 

5x5 Media

Alternative Content Studio

5X5 Media is headed by three veteran executive producers including two-time Emmy winner Rick Ringbakk, four-time Emmy-nominated Craig Armstrong and Tod Mesirow. Each have served as producer for a number of hit television series such as Survivor, Amazing Race, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Mythbusters, Supernanny and Monster Garage, among others. Most recently, Armstrong received an Emmy nomination for his work on the hit ABC series Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution. Now in partnership with Electus, 5X5 Media produces alternative television in a variety of genres including competition reality, transformational shows, live stage, comedy, follow-docs, build/process series and adventure travel.

Abbot Reif Hameiri Production Company

 

International Partnership

Israel-based Abbot Reif Hameiri Production Company, the leading production company in Israel, is the first distribution partnership of Electus Distribution. Under the terms of the agreement, Electus Distribution will develop Abbot Reif Hameiri's Israeli programming in the United States across all platforms, including mobile, internet and TV. Likewise, Abbot Reif Hameiri has the opportunity to repurpose Electus' multi-platform content to sell to the Israeli marketplace.

Crossborders

Content Studio & Interactive Development

Crossborders is a content creation company that creates innovative content based marketing solutions. Crossborders didn't evolve from a traditional agency. The team are not refugees from ad agencies, PR companies or web-design shops. Rather, Crossborders is a company of journalists, documentarians, writers, technologists, and graphic designers. The company services a variety of clients that include the Miami Dolphins, Hess, Walmart, Veneto Casinos, Related and more. Now they're working in partnership with Electus creating original content and serving as an in house design, web and video resource for them and all their partners. The company was founded in 2003 by Brian Edelman and is currently run by Brian Edelman, CEO, and Nick Godfrey, COO.
